Key Responsibilities- Monitor various sections of the production line from the Central Control Room to ensure precision and compliance in cement manufacturing.
- Provide actionable information and guidance to field patrollers, operators, and shift coordinators based on real-time system monitoring.
- Control plant process lines to guarantee stable equipment operation, employee safety, and adherence to environmental regulations.
- Log process data at specified intervals, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of all operational activities.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve operating problems independently or in consultation with engineers and shift coordinators.
- Supervise casual staff to maintain clean conveyor belts and prevent unit jamming.
- Ensure that daily cement and clinker production targets are consistently met during every shift.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical and Processing Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience in a cement manufacturing plant or similar heavy industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in plant automation systems and troubleshooting complex production processes.
