Key Responsibilities- Receive and accurately record payments for fuel and other station transactions.
- Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, and electronic payments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and submit detailed sales reports as required.
- Identify and promptly report cash shortages, overages, or transaction discrepancies.
- Ensure proper accountability for all cash and payment transactions at the branch.
- Work closely with pump attendants and the Station Supervisor to guarantee accurate sales documentation.
- Comply strictly with the company's cash-handling procedures and operational policies.
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Basic knowledge of calculations and strong numerical accuracy.
