About the Role
Green Africa, a Lagos-based airline committed to connecting people and resources across Nigeria and West Africa, is seeking a skilled CAMO Engineer to join our technical team. This role is crucial in maintaining our fleet's airworthiness, ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations, and supporting our mission of delivering quality airline services.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate technical publications including Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and modification documents for fleet applicability
- Create and issue engineering orders to maintain aircraft configuration compliance with manufacturer specifications and NCAA regulatory requirements
- Update and maintain critical maintenance manuals including Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Control Manual, and Repair Planning Manual per internal procedures and NCAA standards
- Monitor, document, and ensure timely updates of all maintenance records and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Technical Planning and Quality Assurance teams to guarantee full regulatory compliance
- Track, analyze, and investigate aircraft system and component performance metrics
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a CAMO Engineer
- Proficiency with aircraft maintenance software and digital record-keeping systems
- Strong knowledge of NCAA regulations and aviation industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities (preferred)
