The successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the household while delivering uncompromising standards of presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Anticipate and proactively respond to the needs of the employer, family members, and guests before they are expressed.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the residence.
- Provide attentive, customer-centric service, welcoming visitors and serving meals and refreshments professionally.
- Supervise domestic staff and coordinate daily household activities efficiently.
- Manage comprehensive wardrobe care, including clothing organization, preparation, and packing or unpacking for travel.
- Handle special requests and run household errands with utmost discretion.
- Monitor inventory levels of household supplies and coordinate timely purchases.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professional etiquette at all times.
- Previous professional experience working as a Butler, or within luxury hospitality and high-end hotels.
- Strong knowledge of formal service standards, household management, and hospitality etiquette.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
