About the Role
Dabitos Schools, a reputable private co-educational institution in Ilasamaja, Mushin, Lagos, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Teacher to join its academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in business-related subjects to secondary school students, helping them build strong foundations in business concepts, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies and related subjects in line with the approved curriculum
- Develop instructional materials, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation
- Monitor and assess students' academic performance, providing timely feedback and support
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress reports
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to enhance the overall academic program
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required
- Guide students in developing practical business and entrepreneurial skills through projects and real-life applications
- Ensure adherence to school policies, discipline standards, and safety guidelines within the classroom
- Bachelor's degree in Business Education, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant teaching qualification or certification is an advantage
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary school level
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Good understanding of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum
