About the Role
Bridgemead Consulting is a holistic and innovative business consultancy dedicated to connecting businesses with the right talent and strategic solutions. We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute Business & Operations Manager to oversee our internal operations, business administration, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate deeply understands the operational dynamics of a consulting or professional services firm, bringing hands-on expertise in coordinating client engagements, managing internal resources, and strengthening business processes to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations across consulting, business development, finance, and administration.
- Design, implement, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, expense monitoring, billing tracking, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate recruitment, HR policies, onboarding, and compliance with Nigerian labour requirements.
- Manage office administration, vendor relationships, and corporate facilities.
- Maintain project management systems, collaboration tools, and operational dashboards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Coordinate client engagements, project setups, scheduling, and proposal preparation.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in business operations, practice management, or administration.
- Mandatory prior experience working within a consulting, management advisory, or professional services firm.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft or Google Workspace.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian regulatory and labour requirements.
