About the Role
Accentcare Home Health Services is a leading home care agency based in Lagos, Nigeria, dedicated to providing exceptional caregivers, private nurses, and specialized medical support to families. We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to help us expand our market presence, build strategic partnerships, and increase client acquisition across Lagos and other states in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our home care and nursing services client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas in the Nigerian healthcare sector.
- Design and execute effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and outreach programs to raise brand awareness.
- Represent Accentcare Home Health Services at networking events, healthcare seminars, and community outreaches.
- Negotiate service agreements and close sales contracts with individual clients and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and high satisfaction rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market and home care sector in Lagos.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools.
