About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Officer to join our vibrant team in Lagos. In this combined role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our company's commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic client relationships, and executing targeted marketing and communication campaigns that promote our innovative services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, leads, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Support the end-to-end client acquisition process, including drafting compelling business proposals and managing pipeline tracking.
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Produce engaging marketing content, coordinate brand promotion activities, and manage communication channels.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Support corporate events, client engagement initiatives, and stakeholder outreach programs.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or presentation of a valid exemption certificate.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, client-facing roles, or marketing and communications.
- Prior experience within the tech, HR services, healthcare, or HMO environment will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness coupled with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
