About the Role
Ikogwe International Limited is a reputable Study Abroad Agency located in Benin City, Edo State, dedicated to facilitating seamless student admissions into foreign universities and colleges worldwide. Established in 2008 and certified by leading educational bodies, we are expanding our team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our commercial growth, student recruitment pipelines, and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
- Generate qualified student recruitment leads and effectively convert prospects into paying clients.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with overseas universities, colleges, secondary schools, and educational partners.
- Plan and execute educational exhibitions, school visits, seminars, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline customer follow-up procedures using CRM systems.
- Identify and engage potential donors, corporate sponsors, and development partners for the IFES Foundation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare accurate performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven professional experience in business development, sales management, or institutional partnerships.
- Demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing, lead generation, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Prior experience in international education consultancy or NGO/donor engagement is a distinct advantage.
