4 Quarters Consultants Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in Nigeria. We are widely valued for providing our clients with top-tier ISO Consultancy Services and integrated facility management solutions. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our commercial growth, identify lucrative business opportunities, and forge lasting partnerships with corporate real estate leaders and property developers, ensuring all international norms and regulations are meticulously followed.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities, research target industries, and build a robust commercial sales pipeline for ISO consultancy and facility management services.
- Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, cost estimates, service level agreements, and respond to complex Requests for Proposals and tenders.
- Pitch integrated facility management and ISO solutions directly to property owners, corporate real estate directors, and facility heads.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and service contracts in close collaboration with our legal and operations teams.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, industry consultants, and real estate developers.
- Track sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM data, and report revenue forecasts to senior management.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing high-value commercial deals.
- Exceptional presentation, networking, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior understanding of ISO standards, facility management pricing structures, and service level standards is a distinct advantage.
