About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is recruiting on behalf of a leading natural medicine development and manufacturing company operating in the natural health products, biomedical innovation, and bioresources development sector. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and managing distributor networks across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and manage distributors and sales partners across assigned territories to increase product reach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders while negotiating favorable commercial terms.
- Track and analyze business development metrics, preparing periodic reports for executive management.
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or market expansion roles.
- Strong understanding of market development, strategic sales planning, and distributor network management.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the natural health, wellness, or bioresources sector will be an added advantage.
