We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Consultant to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping client success by conducting rigorous research, developing high-impact business proposals, and delivering actionable strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive market, industry, policy, and competitor research to support client engagements.
- Develop high-quality consulting deliverables including concept notes, business proposals, strategic plans, and feasibility studies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of organizational development, strategy, and operational improvement projects.
- Participate in client meetings, stakeholder consultations, and workshops to gather insights and present recommendations.
- Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives and internal thought leadership publications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, advisory services, strategy, or project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in producing professional consulting deliverables such as policy documents, operational manuals, and business cases.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and advanced business writing skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
