About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the pioneer of the fast-food court concept in Nigeria and the parent company of the powerhouse brand Chicken Republic, is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst Manager. In this pivotal role, you will empower our operations by delivering critical data insights, optimizing recipe costing, and identifying lucrative pricing opportunities across our expanding footprint in West Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Review food recipes and determine appropriate menu item costing to support optimal profit margins and sales volumes.
- Conduct location-based product performance, theoretical gross profit, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Monitor commercial and competitor price lists while analyzing market trends and consumer habits.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly product performance reporting and maintain up-to-date pricing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture strategic pricing opportunities and develop operational templates.
- A good first degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance.
- Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar analytical or pricing role, preferably within the QSR or FMCG industry.
- Strong quantitative, research, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a natural aptitude for numbers.
