Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a wide variety of breakfast menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and consistent delivery of breakfast orders during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory, inspect ingredients for freshness, and report shortages to the head chef.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience, specifically within the breakfast or hospitality sector.
- Residency around Ikate, Lekki, or surrounding Lagos Island environs for easy commute.
- Female candidates are preferred for this specific role.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and culinary best practices.
