We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, drive aggressive revenue growth, and ensure strict regulatory compliance. In this strategic leadership role, you will champion customer acquisition, team performance, and risk management while delivering sustainable value to our esteemed stakeholders across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality customer service delivery.
- Drive deposit mobilisation, revenue growth, and aggressive customer acquisition strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
- Oversee credit and operational risk management, ensuring adherence to internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Mentor, coach, and manage branch staff to optimize team performance and foster a high-performance work culture.
- Identify local market opportunities to expand the branch's client portfolio and strengthen brand presence.
- B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant banking or financial services experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role such as Branch Manager or Regional Manager.
- Proven track record in deposit mobilisation, revenue generation, branch profitability, and risk management.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (CIBN, ICAN, ACCA, CFA) will be an added advantage.
