We are currently seeking an experienced, result-driven, and highly motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Branch Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and market penetration within your assigned location, while promoting innovative and inclusive insurance solutions to individuals, SMEs, cooperatives, and underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive branch sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual premium and policy targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate branch staff to foster a high-performance, collaborative work culture.
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure optimal efficiency and strict compliance with NAICOM regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with cooperatives, trade associations, aggregators, and key industry stakeholders.
- Manage branch budgets, resources, and operational expenses effectively while preparing accurate financial and performance reports.
- Ensure underwriting, policy administration, and claims processes meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional insurance certification such as ACIIN, ACII, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Insurance, Microinsurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role with a proven track record in revenue generation.
- Strong business development, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
