Key Responsibilities- Execute a wide variety of hair braiding styles with precision, neatness, and speed, including box braids, cornrows, knotless braids, and faux locs.
- Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences, hair type, and maintenance needs, offering expert professional advice.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with high salon hygiene standards.
- Handle client hair with utmost care during washing, treating, conditioning, and styling processes to prevent breakage.
- Collaborate effectively with other salon staff to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience from arrival to departure.
- Proven professional experience as a braider or hair stylist in a reputable salon environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various hair textures, scalp care, and modern braiding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- High level of creativity, patience, and attention to detail.
- Relevant certification in cosmetology or hair styling is an added advantage.
