Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment such as Krones and Sidel machines to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production lines to minimize downtime and prevent mechanical failures.
- Perform electrical system diagnostics and minor repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to guarantee that all packaged beverages meet strict industry and company standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance activities in compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental policies while on the factory floor.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
- Relevant vocational certification, diploma, or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
