Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology and Basic Science lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain accurate academic records and attendance.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities.
- Guide students in practical laboratory sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in Education, Biology, or a related science discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a recognized school environment.
