About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bid & Tender Sales Executive to oversee the end-to-end management of bid submissions, tender responses, and proposal development. In this role, you will proactively identify bidding opportunities, ensure full compliance with client requirements, and prepare compelling, competitive proposals that drive our continued business growth in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Source, track, and evaluate relevant bid and tender opportunities to ensure alignment with company capabilities.
- Manage technical procurement responsibilities and interpret requests for proposals (RFPs) and invitation to tender (ITTs).
- Establish comprehensive bid execution strategies from the expression of interest through to final submission.
- Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, finance, and procurement departments to gather accurate information.
- Define competitive technical and commercial offers and manage tender portals for timely uploads.
- Monitor tender results, conduct win/loss analyses, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in bid and tender management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and tendering processes.
- Exceptional writing, editing, time management, and project coordination skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools and tender portals.
