About the Role
Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH) is an indigenous industry leader providing quality services in the oil and gas and engineering sectors. We are looking for a dynamic Bid/Tender/Proposal Engineer to coordinate the end-to-end preparation, review, and submission of bids, tenders, EOIs, and technical proposals in compliance with strict client and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all tenders are packaged and submitted in strict compliance with client instructions and deadlines.
- Process RFQs and submit timely commercial and technical proposals.
- Maintain valid corporate insurances, licenses, and permits required for company operations.
- Develop technical reports, presentations, and manage exhibition materials.
- Handle contract management, project administration, and post-deliverable documentation like JCCs and customer feedback forms.
- Manage vendor registrations, client portal updates, and corporate documentation renewals.
- Assist in sales, marketing, and OEM-based product enquiries and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Eng) or HND in Engineering, Sciences, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower Credit, graduating no earlier than 2018.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Maximum age of 35 years at the time of application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and strong computer literacy.
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and proposal writing skills.
