Key Responsibilities- Craft and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails with precision, speed, and creative flair.
- Maintain a pristine, fully stocked, and organized bar environment adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Guide guests through our extensive wine and beverage lists, offering expert pairings and recommendations as a Sommelier.
- Assist bartenders and service staff efficiently as a barback by replenishing ice, glassware, and stock.
- Deliver personalized, five-star customer service that exceeds the expectations of luxury residents and visitors.
- Handle POS transactions, monitor inventory levels, and manage beverage orders accurately.
- Proven professional experience as a Bartender, Barback, or Sommelier in high-end hotels, lounges, or fine dining restaurants.
- Relevant certifications in mixology, beverage service, or sommelier training (e.g., WSET) will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a polished professional presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure luxury hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktail techniques, and local beverage regulations.
