Key Responsibilities- Greet and attend to customers politely and professionally while taking accurate drink orders
- Mix, garnish, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Provide expert drink recommendations and answer all menu-related inquiries with confidence
- Maintain a spotless, clean, and organized bar area by washing glassware, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing equipment regularly
- Restock bottles, kegs, garnishes, and bar supplies proactively to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor drink inventory levels closely and report shortages promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to all health, hygiene, and safety standards within the hospitality environment
- Proven professional experience working as a bartender or barman in a hotel, lounge, or restaurant
- Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and general mixology
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Neat, professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
