About the Role
Davina Hotel & Resort is seeking a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our elite hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving premium beverages, maintaining an immaculate bar area, and ensuring every guest enjoys world-class service in our luxury establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly, present beverage menus, and recommend drinks based on preferences.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, adhering to strict hotel recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the bar counter and storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels, handle bar equipment carefully, and assist with inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations and prompt order delivery.
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies, safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven bartending experience within a reputable hotel, bar, or restaurant.
- Sound knowledge of mixology, beverage recipes, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
