Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees with precision and artistry
- Maintain consistent drink quality and presentation standards across all service periods
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for diverse clientele
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment to the highest standards
- Take orders efficiently and manage customer interactions professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Relevant barista certification or professional qualification
- Proven experience in a café or specialty coffee environment
- Strong passion for coffee preparation and customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts in our 24-hour operation
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
