Key Responsibilities- Provide precision haircuts, fades, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of tools and workstation in accordance with industry regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their styling needs and recommend appropriate grooming products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing and mindful luxury experience for every guest.
- Keep up-to-date with current male grooming trends, modern styling techniques, and hair care innovations.
- Assist in promoting salon retail products and building a loyal client base through professional engagement.
- Proven professional experience as a barber in a reputable, high-end salon or grooming lounge.
- Relevant certification or professional training in barbering and cosmetology.
- Exceptional mastery of modern haircutting techniques, razor shaves, and beard grooming.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a polished personal presentation.
