We are currently seeking polished, professional, and guest-centric Banquet Servers and In-Room Dining Order Takers to join our elite team. In this prestigious role, you will be the face of our exceptional dining and banqueting operations, providing anticipatory service that exceeds the expectations of our distinguished local and international clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Provide impeccable, five-star food and beverage service during exclusive banquets, events, and in-room dining requests.
- Take accurate in-room dining orders via telephone and digital platforms with a warm, professional, and articulate phone etiquette.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of all food and beverage menus, daily specials, and wine pairings to expertly advise guests.
- Set up banquet rooms, tables, and service stations meticulously according to luxury hospitality standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all guest orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and feedback with utmost discretion, professionalism, and promptness.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all dining and service areas.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a Banquet Server, Waiter, or In-Room Dining Order Taker in a luxury hotel, upscale resort, or fine dining establishment.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming suited for an ultra-luxury environment.
