About the Role
Aggregon Foods Nigeria Limited is a fast-growing fast-food services company dedicated to providing quality and affordable meals to the general public. We offer a vibrant variety of both continental and local dishes, expertly prepared under strict hygienic conditions. We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated Baker to join our culinary team at our Ajah, Badore outlet in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake different types of bread and pastries according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to achieve consistent product taste, texture, and visual appeal.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and overall production processes to ensure optimal results.
- Ensure all baked goods are properly presented, packaged, and stored to maintain maximum freshness.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organization within the baking station.
- Handle ingredients and equipment safely while actively minimizing waste.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to support daily business operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a Baker in a restaurant or commercial bakery.
- Practical, hands-on expertise in diverse bread and pastry production techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and sanitation standards in Nigeria.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N65,000 to N80,000.
