About the Role
Strivo Labs is a forward-thinking digital solutions provider dedicated to helping businesses scale with speed and precision. We are currently looking for a proactive Automation Analyst (Workflow Builder) to join our growing team and help optimize our daily operations through cutting-edge automation solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Collections, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to streamline processes, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and drive overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Build, configure, and maintain robust automated workflows using n8n and similar automation platforms.
- Monitor automated processes actively to detect and resolve errors, delays, or performance bottlenecks swiftly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including workflow configurations, dependencies, and troubleshooting guides.
- Prepare regular governance reports tracking workflow health, incident resolutions, KPIs, and SLA performance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, business operations, or data analytics.
- Proven practical experience with workflow tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Foundational understanding of REST APIs, JSON formats, and basic SQL database queries.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
