We are currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Security Manager to join our team in Nigeria to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise comprehensive security patrols across the hotel perimeter, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure 100% completion and documentation.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, government agencies, and internal departments to address security concerns promptly.
- Coordinate security personnel for conferences, banquets, and special events to guarantee full coverage of deployment plans.
- Conduct regular fire safety inspections, manage incident investigations, and maintain strict key control procedures.
- Plan and deliver regular security awareness, emergency response, and safety training for all team members.
- Monitor security performance indicators and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional background in security, military service, or law enforcement.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of security operations experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of local fire safety regulations, occupational health and safety, and security legislation.
- Relevant certifications in Fire Safety, First Aid, or Security Management are an added advantage.
