We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and unforgettable dining experiences for our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the dining establishment to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and train front-of-house staff to maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and coordinate with suppliers for quality restaurant supplies.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all dining areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food service and maintain exceptional culinary standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for upper management.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant inventory management.
