Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging daily lessons for early years students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce foundational learning concepts.
- Prepare and organize learning materials, classroom displays, and educational resources.
- Monitor and record students' developmental progress, sharing observations with lead teachers and parents.
- Ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children under your care at all times.
- Possession of an HND in Education or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven ability to manage, engage, and maintain safety in an early years classroom.
- Familiarity with both British and Nigerian preschool curricula and modern teaching techniques.
- Ability to remain calm, caring, empathetic, and innovative in a fast-paced school environment.
