Key Responsibilities- Manage training records, materials, schedules, and continuous staff development initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of operational schedules and required regulatory documentation.
- Maintain high standards across QSC, REV, GXI, QA, training, and financial audits.
- Drive sales growth, implement local marketing strategies, control labor and operational costs, and conduct performance analysis.
- Lead people development efforts, oversee inventory management, and enforce strict financial controls.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Good knowledge and practical application of HACCP principles.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
