About the Role
Hitech Construction Company Limited, an industry leader in building and civil engineering in Nigeria since 1988, is seeking a talented and detail-oresnted Analyst & Drone Operator. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our extensive infrastructure projects across our regional offices in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, and Benin City. You will leverage cutting-edge drone technology to drive project monitoring, data collection, aerial surveys, and comprehensive site analysis, ensuring our engineering teams have the precise geospatial insights needed for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Pilot Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to conduct high-precision aerial surveys, site mapping, and progress monitoring across various construction sites.
- Process raw drone imagery and sensor data to generate accurate 2D and 3D orthomosaics, topographical maps, and volumetric measurements.
- Analyze collected geospatial data to identify potential site discrepancies, track project milestones, and prepare detailed analytical reports for project managers.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineering, surveying, and site management teams to integrate aerial intelligence into daily operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian aviation regulations, company safety protocols, and standard operating procedures for all flight operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot drone hardware, payloads, and related software to guarantee optimal equipment performance.
- Proven professional experience in drone operation, flight planning, and aerial data collection within construction, surveying, or related industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in geospatial data analysis, image processing, and technical reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of drone mapping, photogrammetry, and GIS surveying software is a distinct advantage.
