We are currently seeking a professional, articulate, and customer-focused Airport Representative to provide exceptional greeting and logistical support for our high-profile residents and visitors. In this role, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact, ensuring that every guest experiences a seamless, luxurious, and welcoming transition from the airport to our prestigious property.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome VIP guests, residents, and visitors warmly upon their arrival at the airport arrivals terminal.
- Coordinate smooth airport pickups, luggage handling, and ground transportation arrangements in alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
- Monitor flight schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures management for all scheduled guest transfers.
- Provide comprehensive information about District 9 Branded Residences and assist guests with immediate inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with airport authorities, transport partners, and internal hotel departments to ensure flawless logistics.
- Handle any travel discrepancies, flight delays, or emergency situations with poise, discretion, and swift problem-solving abilities.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in guest relations, concierge services, or airport representation within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional foreign languages considered a strong advantage.
- Impeccable grooming, professional etiquette, and a polished presentation that reflects a five-star luxury brand.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Abuja transport networks and airport operational procedures is highly desirable.
