About the Role
Strivo Labs is seeking a talented AI/IT Engineer Intern to support our innovative digital solutions team. You'll work on impactful projects spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IT infrastructure, gaining practical experience across both domains before specializing in your area of interest.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models for production environments
- Support seamless integration of AI tools and workflows into existing products and systems
- Manage data preparation, cleaning, processing, and analysis for ML projects
- Provide technical IT support including hardware troubleshooting, software issue resolution, and user account management
- Contribute to server setup, maintenance, and network infrastructure administration
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, data pipelines, and model experimentation frameworks
- Research and prototype emerging technologies including LLMs, APIs, and modern AI frameworks
- Document technical procedures, findings, and project insights for team reference
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and operations teams across departments
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI/ML, or related discipline
- Working proficiency in Python and basic scripting capabilities
- Solid understanding of IT fundamentals including networking, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning and model evaluation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members
- Experience with LLM APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or Git is advantageous
- Mentorship from experienced AI and infrastructure engineers
- Practical hands-on exposure to AI development and IT operations
- Certificate of completion upon successful internship completion
