About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our client's growing medical aesthetics team. In this role, you will perform and assist with advanced cosmetic and skin rejuvenation treatments while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessing facial features, medical history, and skin conditions to create tailored treatment plans.
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers in accordance with professional training and authorization.
- Perform advanced skin therapies including chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, microdermabrasion, and mesotherapy.
- Operate state-of-the-art aesthetic equipment for laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, skin tightening, and non-invasive body contouring.
- Educate patients on pre-treatment preparation, proper aftercare, and realistic outcomes while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records, capture standardized treatment photographs, and uphold strict patient confidentiality.
- Drive patient retention and satisfaction through professional skincare recommendations and excellent bedside manner.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing, or an equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and current professional registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, plastic surgery, or related medical settings.
- Strong working knowledge of facial anatomy, skin health, and cosmetic treatment protocols.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills with meticulous attention to detail.
