About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Doctor to join our client's growing medical aesthetics team in Nigeria. In this role, you will deliver top-tier cosmetic treatments, ensure patient safety, and contribute significantly to the clinic's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, thorough medical assessments, skin evaluations, and personalized treatment planning.
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including Botox administration, dermal fillers, chemical peels, PRP, microneedling, and mesotherapy.
- Operate specialized aesthetic devices safely, including lasers, IPL, HIFU, and radiofrequency systems.
- Monitor patient treatment outcomes, proactively manage complications, and maintain strict adherence to clinical safety standards.
- Obtain informed consent and keep accurate medical records, detailed treatment documentation, and quality before-and-after photographs.
- Educate patients thoroughly on treatment options, professional aftercare, potential risks, and long-term maintenance plans.
- Deliver exceptional personalized patient care while maintaining strict confidentiality and supporting client retention initiatives.
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification obtained from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) along with a valid annual practising licence.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on professional experience working in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic clinics, or dermatology centres.
- Demonstrable competence in administering injectables, performing laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and effective complication management.
- Postgraduate training or recognized certification in Aesthetic Medicine or Dermatology is a strong added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, superior clinical judgement, high attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy.
