About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Admin Coordinator to join our Human Resources & Administration department in Igbariam, Anambra State. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of office facilities, fleet operations, vendor management, and workplace services, contributing directly to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for the entire organization.

As a Team Lead I reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate will supervise a team responsible for Facilities, Fleet, and IT Administration, while managing budgets, vendor contracts, and business continuity initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned administration professional to take on a leadership role with significant operational impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office facilities, residential accommodation, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee fleet operations, vehicle maintenance schedules, and transportation support for staff and business needs.
  • Coordinate administrative services, including office assets, supplies procurement, and IT support functions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and administrative budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Support workplace security, health and safety compliance, and business continuity planning.
  • Supervise and mentor Facilities, Fleet, and IT Administration personnel to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to align administrative services with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Estate Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics, or Corporate Services.
  • Proven experience managing facilities, fleet operations, vendor relationships, and administrative budgets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional certifications in Facilities Management, Project Management, or related fields are an added advantage.
