We are currently seeking a dynamic, qualified, and passionate Female College Accounting Teacher to join our esteemed academic team and help shape the financial literacy and analytical minds of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and interactive Accounting lessons to college students using modern pedagogical methods.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, formative assessments, and diverse instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student performance metrics in compliance with school policies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning and personal growth.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Accounting, or a Bachelor's degree/HND in Accounting complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or TRCN certification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven college teaching experience instructing Accounting, Economics, or Business Studies.
- Must currently reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos to ensure seamless and punctual commuting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills with a strong passion for youth mentorship.
