In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our luxury short-let residential accommodations and property developments. We are looking for an honest, highly organized professional who excels at managing financial transactions and supporting our commitment to excellence in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and accurately collate financial records, daily transactions, and ledgers.
- Prepare professional invoices, receipts, and structured payment schedules for clients and vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts, bank reconciliations, and comprehensive financial reports.
- Support budgeting, cost control initiatives, and meticulous expense tracking across departments.
- Ensure proper documentation, secure filing, and strict compliance for all financial records.
- Minimum of an OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proven professional experience working as an Accounting Officer or in a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting capabilities.
- Exceptional numerical, organizational, and written communication skills with an unwavering level of integrity.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment.
