Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations and perform regular customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive debtor aging reports and actively support effective debt collection strategies.
- Calculate monthly performance incentives and thoroughly analyze CRM data to support business decisions.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and strict compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to resolve payment discrepancies and accelerate cash inflows.
- Perform meticulous bank reconciliations and maintain transparent financial records.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong background in a large-scale manufacturing company.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enterprise resource planning (ERP) accounting software, and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and debtor aging analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership potential and a willingness to pursue or complete relevant ICAN professional qualifications.
