About the Role
Dimitts Integrated Limited is a leading provider of comprehensive HR consulting, recruitment, training, and payroll support solutions. We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Accountant to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our ongoing business expansion through sound financial practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and periodic management reports.
- Monitor organizational budgets, cash flow projections, and oversee daily financial transactions to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Ensure full tax compliance with relevant Nigerian regulatory authorities and adhere strictly to established accounting standards.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial reviews and implement audit recommendations.
- Possession of an HND, B.Sc., or M.Sc. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other business-related course.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional accounting experience, preferably within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting, and current tax regulations.
- Active possession or ongoing pursuit of relevant professional accounting certifications such as ICAN or ACCA is highly desired.
- Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in modern accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
