We are currently seeking a meticulous, driven, and professional Accountant to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and manage our daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and monthly profit and loss reports.
- Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, statutory deductions, and regulatory financial standards.
- Reconcile bank accounts, monitor petty cash, and manage expense tracking efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to streamline financial processes and maintain internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven accounting experience, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or ongoing progression are a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and impeccable integrity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
