Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain accurate payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other vital financial documents in a timely manner.
- Monitor incoming receipts closely and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the general day-to-day administration and operation of the finance and accounts department.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience working as an Accountant, Finance Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing accounting software, specifically Sage, alongside advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word).
- Uncompromising standards of transparency, integrity, and honesty.
- Proximity to the Surulere axis in Lagos is strictly required for seamless commuting.
