About the Role
Join Gemstone Factory, a leading producer of high-quality bottled water committed to delivering pure, refreshing, and safe products to consumers across Nigeria. We are recruiting skilled 3in1 Mono-Block Bottle Machine Operators and a dedicated Maintenance Manager to strengthen our production operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our advanced filtration and purification processes, ensuring every drop meets the highest standards of cleanliness and taste.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor 3in1 Monoblock bottle filling machines with precision and efficiency
- Perform daily preventive maintenance checks and routine servicing
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system issues
- Ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime
- Conduct quality control inspections and maintain safety standards
- Document maintenance activities and production metrics accurately
- Lead and coordinate maintenance team operations (Maintenance Manager role)
- Train operators on proper machine handling and safety protocols
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining 3in1 Monoblock filling machines
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Proven troubleshooting and preventive maintenance expertise
- Excellent understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures
- Leadership and team management capabilities (essential for Maintenance Manager position)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
