Extensive experience supporting and managing operations within a 1,000/1,500 MTPD Ammonia/Urea Fertilizer complex, with strong exposure to natural gas supply, gas processing, gas transportation, plant energy management, process optimization, equipment reliability and production performance. Currently responsible for Gas & Plant Operations Optimization, Gas Commercials and Contracts, covering the gas value chain from supply and transportation through processing and plant utilization. Experienced in managing and administering Gas Sales Agreements (GSA), Integrated Gas Supply Agreements (IGSA), Gas Sales and Purchase Agreements (GSPA), and Gas Transportation Agreements (GTA) with major industry stakeholders. Demonstrated project-management experience on major energy infrastructure projects, including the dismantling, transportation, installation and commissioning of 2 × 17 MW GE LM2500 dual-fuel aero-derivative gas turbines, with one unit successfully commissioned and in service. Strong capability in operations excellence, reliability improvement, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, Pareto Analysis, KPI development, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), MTBF, MTTR, MTTF, energy optimization, performance management and cross-functional team leadership. Recognized for combining strong engineering knowledge with commercial awareness, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management and project execution to improve plant reliability, operational efficiency, safety, productivity and business performance.
